**User Agreement for Jump into Motion**

 

Welcome to Jump into Motion ("JIM," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our mobile and web application, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following User Agreement. This agreement applies to both trainers and clients.

 

**1. Services Provided**

 

Jump into Motion is a marketplace platform that allows personal trainers and fitness professionals to advertise, sell, and deliver their services online. Individuals can browse fitness professionals, find the perfect trainer for their specific needs, securely chat with trainers, purchase services, and receive them within the app.

 

**2. Account Creation**

 

To create an account on Jump into Motion, you must provide your age. This information may be subject to review, and if we suspect that you have provided false information, your account may be suspended or banned.

 

Trainers are not legally required to be certified personal trainers, although we recommend certification. Trainers must not provide false information on their profiles. We conduct checks, and any trainer found to be lying will face a lifetime ban as part of our no-tolerance policy.

 

**3. User Obligations**

 

- Trainers must be open and honest with clients about themselves and their services.

- Trainers must operate in accordance with the JIM trainer values listed on our website.

- Trainers may not advertise their services cheaper on any other online site or platform. 

- Jump into Motion is solely a platform for professional fitness relationships online. Any in-person meetings or personal relationships that develop are not the responsibility of Jump into Motion.

- It is not permitted to take payments from clients anywhere other than via the app. If you are found to be doing you will face a lifetime ban. 

 

**4. Payment and Fees**

 

All payments are processed securely through our partner, Stripe. By processing any payments on the app, you agree to a maximum fee of 9.75% + 10p (or equivalent). Please review Stripe's policies for further information on their services.

 

**5. User Content**

 

- Reviews and ratings may only be made by legitimate paying customers of in-app trainers.

- Any individual found falsifying ratings or reviews may face suspension or account termination.

- Reviews and profiles must not contain offensive language; such content will be removed, and the user will be contacted regarding their conduct.

- User-generated content is consistently monitored and reviewed to ensure community safety.

 

**6. Termination and Suspension**

 

Jump into Motion reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at any time to ensure the safety of all users and compliance with internal and legal requirements.

 

**7. Dispute Resolution**

 

If disputes occur between parties on the app:

- Leave a review of the individual to help the community moderate itself.

- Contact Jump into Motion using the provided contact details; the case will be reviewed, and suspension or termination of accounts is possible.

- If necessary, disputes may be escalated to local law enforcement.

 

**8. Intellectual Property**

 

All user-generated content on the site remains the property of the user. Users maintain liability and control of all their intellectual property.

 

**9. Liability and Indemnification**

 

- Jump into Motion does not accept liability for any injury caused by trainers or clients through our site.

- Jump into Motion is not liable if clients and trainers meet in person; our platform is for online interactions only.

- Stripe holds all liability for payment processing errors and related issues.

 

**10. Governing Law**

 

Jump into Motion is a UK Limited Liability Company and is subject to UK law. This agreement is compliant with UK law but may require adjustments in your home nation.
