Although classes are held weekly, all rates are monthly and are not prorated regardless of absences, school closings, holidays, or Jump Into Motion scheduled breaks, except the first month of classes if your child starts after the first class of the month.  You are welcome to attend an evening class to make up for a missed class.  When you sign up for classes, you accept responsibility for payment of the monthly tuition fee.

All tuition is due on the 1st of each month.  You will receive an email statement 10-15 days before payment is due.  You will not receive a statement in the mail, unless your account is severely past due. 

You may send check or money order to our office. You can also click here to pay by credit card through Paypal.  Payments are NOT to be handled by the dance instructor, or any teachers or staff at your class location.  If payment is sent after the 10th of the month, please include the $6.00 late fee.

School or Daycare Closings and Scheduled Breaks:  Jump Into Motion Dance Academy observes a break in the Winter, Spring, and the week after the annual recital and holds the right to not have class on any National Holidays, if we deem the weather unsafe for the teacher to travel due to weather conditions, or days needed for teacher training.  This not change the monthly tuition fee.  If a school or daycare is closed for any reason, including snow days, or is unable to allow Jump Into Motion to hold a class, Jump Into Motion is not responsible for a make up class and the monthly tuition rate is not changed.  If Jump Into Motion has to cancel a class that was scheduled to meet due to an illness or other circumstance and is unable to provide a substitute teacher, Jump Into Motion is responsible for providing a make up class at the same location.  If we are unable to schedule a make up class, you will receive a credit for the class.  If you can not attend the make up class, you do not receive a credit. 

Disenrolling: You must notify our office directly, not your school or day care, if you are disenrolling your child, or if you are leaving your school or day care.  You will be billed until our office has been notified by phone, email, or in writing directly to our office.  Jump Into Motion holds the right to not take a child to class once their account is past due.  If we disenroll a child due to nonpayment and you chose to start up classes again once your account is current, you will need to pay the annual registration fee again.

Refunds:  If your child leaves their school or day care or is disenrolled and their tuition had been paid in advance, that amount will be refunded, based on the date our office was notified.  Once your child has attended a class, a refund can not be issued.  If you pay in advance and receive any discounts and you attended any of those classes, you forfeit that discount.  The full amount of the classes attended will be charged and the remaining credit for unattended classes on the disenrollment date will be refunded. 

Jump Into Motion Dance Academy has the right to change tuition rates and policies without notice.
